In this hands-on role, you’ll be the guardian of quality on the production floor, blending technical acumen with problem-solving savvy to ensure that every part, process, and product meets our standards.
This role will center on continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration that drives real-world impact. You’ll work closely with production teams and engineers to resolve issues, optimize processes, and bring innovative solutions to life.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Assisting with sustaining engineering’s current product support issues, customer troubleshooting, and validation testing
Assist with defining test plans and product implementations.
Apply engineering fundamentals to test scenarios, troubleshoot, and analyze tolerances on design.
Quality system and procedure development
Initiates engineering change requests when needed.
Assists with product and design verification tests and Performs Validation
May write /validate/audit/review procedures.
Data analysis including Develop management information based on data and tracking and follow-up on issues prioritized by the data.
Problem-solving support for product or plant issues: Identify, gather and summarize data, Design of experiment configuration and interpretation, Product or process failure/problem-solving analysis guidance and support, and Verification of corrective and preventative actions.
Contribute to or provide for elements of advanced quality planning including: Design review and design FMEA assessment/input, Process reviews and process FMEA assessment/input.Plant control plan development, Process capability planning, evaluation, and support to achieve capability goals, Gage and measurement capability assessment.
Ensure that Quality Engineering methods and procedures are coordinated with all Manufacturing departments and all personnel is properly instructed and informed in these methods.
Perform and document periodic verification audits of products, processes, or systems to assure continuing conformance. Follow-up on corrective/preventative actions as necessary to assure issue resolution. Provide summaries of audit/verification status.
QUALIFICATIONS:
No previous experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Solid foundation with engineering fundamentals
Ability to analyze tolerances on a design
Ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrates strong initiative and motivation
Demonstrates ability to effectively solve problems
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to learn, work effectively in a multi-discipline team, and demonstrate effective problem solving, initiative, and motivation, and written)
Preferred Qualifications
Basic experience with QC-Calc
Basic experience with SQL.
Intermediate experience with Minitab
Blueprint reading
GD&T and FMEA experience
Manufacturing experience
Working Conditions:
Depending on the assigned department, must complete an audiogram test
