What You Will Contribute:

Are you ready to tell compelling stories, shape employee experiences, and make your creative mark on a global scale? Join our Human Resources team as a Graphic Design Intern and be the creative voice behind our internal employee communications.

Badger Meter is looking to hire a sophomore Graphic Design student for our Graphic Design Internship. This will be 10-15 hours weekly, preferably onsite at our Milwaukee location with the potential for a full-time summer internship following.

The Graphic Design Intern will assist the Human Resources Communications & Talent Brand team at Badger Meter by enhancing the employee experience through Badger Meter internal communication channels. The Graphic Design Intern will gain experience developing and executing employee communication campaigns utilizing both print and digital platforms to ensure we are effectively engaging with our global employee base. Additionally, the Graphic Design Intern will also support the day-to-day management of the employee intranet site, OneDrop, gaining website management experience.

This isn't just an internship—it's a launchpad for someone who’s passionate about communication, branding, and elevating the employee experience. As the creative driver of our HR team, you’ll have room to explore, experiment, and craft campaigns that resonate across regions.
