What You Will Contribute:
The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for building customer interest and awareness for global business-to-business products and services by strategizing, building, deploying and tracking marketing campaigns and commercial programs. Reporting to the Manager, Global Marketing Communications, this individual works collaboratively across the global marketing department to develop campaign plans/timelines, ensuring the successful implementation of MarComm tactics and reporting back to stakeholders with the results. The right candidate is an experienced marketing communications professional who excels at project management and is comfortable with a metric/performance driven culture.
Job Duties:
- Partner with Global Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales to consult on, strategize, develop and deploy innovative national and international marketing campaigns and commercial programs to achieve objectives
- Lead product release go-to-market planning and execution for new and enhanced products, aligning cross-functional teams on strategy, communications, messaging, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful launches
- Drive demand generation strategy and execution to build a robust pipeline, enabling direct and channel sales teams through integrated traditional and digital campaigns that attract, engage, and convert target customers
- Optimize website performance as a key demand generation channel, leveraging SEO, CRO, and related digital optimization techniques to drive traffic, enhance user journeys, and improve conversion and customer acquisition outcomes
- Manage national and international trade show strategies and communications, working closely with subject matter experts Content Manager, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy and Trade Show Production teams
- Support the Manager, Global Marketing Communications in media analysis and placement, strategic marketing plans, campaign briefing and trade show analysis
- Define, track, and analyze campaign KPIs to measure impact across the full buyer journey and continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Manage campaign‑driven social media efforts, tracking performance metrics and optimizing content and tactics based on engagement and conversion data
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and customers to identify compelling success stories, translate results into clear narratives, and leverage case studies across campaigns, conferences, digital channels, and sales enablement materials
- Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with global campaign strategies, leveraging Salesforce Account Management and CRM data for audience segmentation, personalization, lead progression, and performance tracking across the customer lifecycle
- Prepare contracts (POs) and invoicing in support of programs
- Work with both internal and external resources to deliver results and achieve project goals
- Up to 10% travel required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications-related field
- 5+ years of experience in a related field; experience in leading and owning marketing campaigns or commercial marketing programs for a business-to-business environment. Previous experience working in a global environment preferred.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with business-to-business vertical marketing and marketing communications initiatives and strategy is essential
- Ability to strategize and build marketing campaigns and commercial programs from the ground up, while measuring effectiveness throughout the process required
- Working experience in project management, email, content management and social media management tools
