What You Will Contribute:

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead and elevate our site-level quality operations. This is a key leadership role where you’ll guide a talented team, influence cross-functional performance, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards our customers rely on every day.
What You’ll Do
As the Quality Supervisor, you will lead the execution of our Quality Management System at the site level while supporting daily production, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians, ensuring strong execution of inspection, testing, and quality engineering activities
- Champion a safe work environment and actively support site safety initiatives
- Ensure consistent execution of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including procedures, work instructions, and documentation
- Support new product launches and product changes through APQP activities, including PFMEA, control plans, and launch readiness
- Oversee nonconformance and CAPA processes, ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective actions, and sustainable solutions
- Drive Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities to ensure readiness and compliance prior to product release
- Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve quality issues impacting Safety, Delivery, and Customer satisfaction
- Ensure effective execution of incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Support calibration and measurement systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools (8D, A3, etc.) to improve performance
- Monitor quality metrics (SQDCE), identify trends, and drive improvements aligned to business goals
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build capability, engagement, and consistency
- Participate in internal audits and support compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 17025 standards
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to support process improvements, production changes, and equipment qualifications
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering roles
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience supporting new product introduction or process changes in manufacturing environments
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of APQP and core quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC)
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 17025)
- Experience with root cause analysis, nonconformance management, and CAPA
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or World-Class Manufacturing (certification a plus)
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
- Effective communicator and coach with strong leadership presence
- Ability to balance hands-on problem solving with team leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
