Position Summary:
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), seeks a board certified / board eligible physician whose practice will focus on general orthopaedics in our West Bend location, including community call covering Froedtert West Bend and Menomonee Falls hospitals. This position will also include a one day/week commitment to the Zablocki VA Medical Center. We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care.
Position Highlights:
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at MCW includes 40 clinical faculty members/staff physicians, 5 active research faculty members, 42 advanced practice providers (APPs), 25 residents and 4 fellows.
Our Total Joint team includes 6 APPs and 4 fellowship trained faculty members and 1 Fellow.
Affiliated clinical sites include Froedtert Hospital, Children’s Wisconsin (CW), Zablocki Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC), Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, Froedtert West Bend Hospital, and several ambulatory surgery centers in SE Wisconsin.
The faculty and APP’s provide more than 79,000 outpatient visits and 7,300 surgeries annually.

Qualifications
Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain license, in the state of Wisconsin.
