Opportunity Highlights:
Full time role based at Froedtert/MCW and The Zablocki VA Medical Center, both located in Milwaukee
Performance of colonoscopies, endoscopies, EGDs, and various other diagnostic procedures in partnership with anesthesiology services
Robust support services and strong, collaborative teams in our Gastroenterology and Hepatology programs, including but not limited to liver transplant, colorectal surgery, and hepatobiliary surgery
Average of 16-18 outpatient procedures per day
Inpatient & outpatient support by advanced practice providers

Advanced, Patient-Centered Clinical Care
State-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment for a broad range of GI diseases
Multidisciplinary care model: coordinated work between gastroenterologists and other specialists (e.g., surgeons, radiologists, dietitians, hepatologists) enhances outcomes for complex cases
Specialized programs such as Dysphagia Institute, Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program, Pancreaticobiliary Center, and Hepatitis Treatment Program offer robust, focused expertise

Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution
Board certification (or eligibility) in Gastroenterology
State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain state licensure in the state of Wisconsin
