Program Coordinator III - Partnership Development and Success for KNN

Summary
In the Kern National Network you will work independently under the administrative direction of the Senior Program Manager to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the program. Coordinate all program activities for assigned partner accounts or support engagements under the PDS model. Provide full logistical, scheduling, and reporting support from initiation to delivery, ensuring excellent partner experience, team efficiency, and the achievement of program goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate the tactical and logistical execution of assigned partner accounts, ensuring timely execution of activities across the full service lifecycle.
Serve as a primary logistics and communication liaison for internal teams and designated partner representatives, maintaining clear and responsive communication.
Track and document key milestones, deliverables, and partner interactions to support reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement for Partners accounts, and added related activities.
Support contract administration, scheduling, and resource planning in collaboration with Program Managers and senior leadership.
Contribute to the development of positive and productive partner relationships through consistent follow-up, documentation accuracy, and proactive issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies
Coordinate the development of program materials, including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
Work with program leaders to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
Responsible for orientation, training, development, and performance evaluation.
Schedule people and material resources.
Conduct and manage program outreach activities, including acting as a liaison with community organizations.
Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Report program data and progress to program stakeholders.
Participate in appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
Participate in the development of program resources through literature searches, contact with outside programs, and review and solicitation of funding opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge – Skills – Abilities
Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 5 years
Preferred Education: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Preferred Experience: 5–7 years, preferably in program/project/account mgmt.

Physical Requirements
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
Work Environment
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
Sensory Acuity
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
