Clinical Program Coordinator II - Anesthesiology

Summary
Coordinate the day-to-day administrative and clinical scheduling activities of the program. Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program’s goals, including efficient staffing, provider support, and operational continuity across community sites.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program, including provider schedules, payroll tracking, and time-off records.
Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines and program components, as well as short- and long-term clinical staffing schedules.
Coordinate and manage scheduling of anesthesia providers (faculty and APPs) and material resources across community sites; track and manage vacation, time away, and coverage needs to ensure appropriate clinical staffing.
Conduct or coordinate training of QGenda utilization and updates for providers.
Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data, including staffing, payroll, and scheduling metrics. Provide input on program design.
Support payroll processes by maintaining accurate provider schedules, tracking time worked, and ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational requirements.
Report program data and progress to program stakeholders, including updates on clinical scheduling, coverage, and workforce utilization.
Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations, clinical leaders, providers, and main campus administrative teams; serve as a primary administrative resource for community-based providers.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules, payroll-related tracking, and serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 year’s

Physical Requirements
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
Work Environment
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
Sensory Acuity
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
